About Us
Our CEO & Director, Mr. D.Naaga Raju has put in over a decade of experience in auditing Information Security, Business continuity, Quality, IT Service Management Systems and delivered as many as 670 man days of audit which include CISA compliance audits at Banks & NBFCs & as lead auditor conforming to ISO 27001, ISO 9001, BS 25999, ISO 22301, ISO 20000-1, ISO 10002 for industry in Electrical, Electronics, Information technology, BFSI(Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) Sector, Educational Institutional, Government Bodies, BPOs and Contact Centres across the Country and abroad while working in liaison with three Reputed Certification bodies.
He has been delivering training as a lead Tutor to the standards ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 9001, ISO 20000-1 and He is the IRCA certified assessor under ISO 27001 and trained over 1000 participants.
He shouldered the responsibility of role of President of ISACA, New Delhi Chapter from May 2009 till Jan. 2012 and currently He is the Platinum Member of ISACA and Past President of ISACA, New Delhi Chapter.

Ltd/July Systems & Technologies Pvt. Ltd. & Power DISCOM, Orissa.
- Implemented ISO 22301:2012(BCMS) at Flipkart & their sister companies.
- Implemented ISO 20000-1:2011(ITSMS) / ITIL at INSPIRAGE Software Consulting Pvt. Ltd.
- Serviced over 170 clients in CISA audits & Certification audits under ISO 27001, BS 25999, ISO 22301, ISO 9001, ISO 20000-1 & ISO 10002 Standards.
- Carried out CISA Registration Authority audits under PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) / CISA audits at erstwhile State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur and erstwhile State Bank of Patiala.
- Carried out Lead Auditor, Transition Courses, Lead Implementer, Implementer, Internal Auditor & Awareness programmes under ISO 27001 including overseas locations at Kuala Lumpur( Malaysia), Dubai, Jakarta(Indonesia) & Internal Auditor, Lead Implementer & Lead Auditor courses under ISO 22301:2012 for Public as well as in-house batches.
- Carried out several sessions on CISA domains at Bangalore, New Delhi chapters for candidates aspiring for CISA Qualification.
- Carried out successfully various DISA Trainings, CAATs sessions and other sessions on Information Security at Institute of Chartered Accountants of India across the country.
- Carried out Compliance audits at NBFCs such as Beam, Smart Payment Solutions & FINO Paytech at New Delhi / Mumbai locations under Payment Settlements Systems Act etc.
- As Head of Staff Training Centre, INDIAN BANK, Bangalore He was Awarded The Best Performance Award in The Training System of the Bank consecutively for three years from 2002-2005.
- Rick Experience over three and a half decades in Banking Industry – worked with INDIAN BANK & HDFC Bank in different capacities & audited CBS Systems – Flexcube/ Finacle /Treasury etc.
